Network Engineer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Network Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and supporting secure, scalable, and resilient network infrastructures for mission-critical enterprise and industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networks based on client requirements and best practices.
• Conduct site assessments, network audits, and capacity planning.
• Configure routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points across multivendor platforms (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet).
• Lead and support network installation, testing, commissioning, and documentation.
• Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery within scope and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues with minimal downtime.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity protocols and HSE standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate network diagrams, technical reports, and change logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network design and deployment.
• Certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent preferred.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, VLANs, routing protocols (OSPF, BGP), and network security principles.
• Experience with fiber optic and structured cabling systems.
• Familiarity with HSE and compliance regulations relevant to telecom infrastructure projects.
• Ability to work independently and travel to client/project sites when required.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
